Sustained-load behaviour

SK Hynix dual-rank chips and a 1.3V operating voltage keep the 18-22-22-42 timings stable during long rendering or simulation sessions. The solid heat spreader moves heat away from the ICs without adding height that could block large coolers.

DDR4 interface limits
