This Velztorm Lux system ships new with a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 5950X processor, 64GB of DDR4 memory and a GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card. A 1TB NVMe SSD and a 6TB hard drive provide both speed and capacity. Liquid cooling and a 1000W power supply support sustained workloads in a white chassis.

Step up from mid-range builds when multitasking

The 16-core CPU and 64GB of RAM replace typical 6-core or 8-core configurations that bottleneck heavy multitasking, streaming while gaming, or content creation. The RTX 3060 Ti adds 8GB of GDDR6 video memory for 1440p gaming. The jump is worth it when single-thread speed and parallel throughput must coexist.

PCIe 4.0 and DDR4 set the practical ceiling

The platform tops out at PCIe 4.0 for storage and graphics bandwidth, so newer GPUs or drives cannot run at their peak interface speed. DDR4 memory limits future capacity upgrades to the 128GB maximum the board supports. Wi-Fi stops at 802.11ac, so 6E or 7 routers will fall back to older rates.
