The Velztorm Pilum arrives as a complete Windows 10 Pro system built around an 8-core Ryzen 7 3700X processor and a GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card with 8GB GDDR6 memory. Thirty-two gigabytes of DDR4 RAM and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD provide ample space for modern titles and multitasking workloads. A 750W power supply and a 120mm AIO liquid cooler support the components in a black chassis with RGB lighting.

Check power and monitor cables

Verify that your wall outlet can deliver sufficient current for a 750W unit and that you have a display cable matching either the single HDMI or the single DisplayPort output on the graphics card. The motherboard supplies one USB 3.1 Gen1 Type-C port, five USB 3.0 Type-A ports and four USB 2.0 ports, so count your peripherals against those totals. Wireless connectivity uses 802.11n Wi-Fi and a wired RJ-45 jack; no Bluetooth radio is included.

Liquid cooling and port layout

The closed-loop CPU cooler keeps the processor at stable temperatures without the bulk of a large air tower, leaving interior room for future drive additions. Front-panel audio jacks for headphone and microphone sit alongside the USB stack for easy headset access. Rear video outputs are limited to one HDMI and one DisplayPort, so multi-monitor users will need a display with daisy-chain support or an additional graphics card. No optical drive bay is present.
