The Velztorm Pilum is a gaming desktop built around an eight-core AMD Ryzen 7 3700X processor with 32MB L3 cache and a boost clock of 4.4 GHz. It ships with 32GB of DDR4 memory, a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD plus a 3TB hard drive, and a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card equipped with 16GB of GDDR6. The system runs Windows 10 Pro and includes 802.11n Wi-Fi and wired Ethernet.

120mm AIO liquid cooling under load

A 120mm all-in-one liquid cooler handles the CPU thermal output during extended sessions, while the 750W power supply feeds the graphics card and other components. RGB fans add airflow through the chassis. This cooling arrangement is sized for the configured hardware rather than for heavy overclocking headroom.

PCIe and USB 3.1 Gen1 limits

The platform provides PCIe 3.0 lanes for the NVMe SSD and the graphics card, capping storage and GPU bandwidth at that generation's ceiling. USB 3.1 Gen1 ports deliver up to 5 Gbps for external drives and peripherals. Network throughput is bounded by the 802.11n wireless link and the single gigabit Ethernet port.
