The chassis measures 10.25 IN wide by 10.25 IN deep, so any shelf at least that deep with a few centimetres of rear clearance for cables will accommodate it.

How is the 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler mounted inside the Mini ITX case?

The cooler comes pre-installed on the Ryzen 9 5900X; the radiator screws to the case fan bracket and the pump head sits on the CPU — do not overtighten the four spring screws or the cold plate will not make even contact.

When will the 16GB DDR4 memory need to be upgraded?

The board has two DIMM slots and both are populated; if you later need more than 16GB you must replace the existing modules with a higher-capacity DDR4 kit.
