The Vertiv Liebert PSA5-1000MT120 is a line-interactive uninterruptible power supply rated at 1000 VA and 600 W for 120 V environments. It provides battery backup and surge protection for desktop computers, networking hardware and home entertainment devices in small office or home office settings.

The unit offers ten NEMA 5-15R outlets, five of which deliver battery-backed power while the remaining five supply surge protection only. Two USB charging ports are included for mobile devices. Behaviour under sustained load

Automatic voltage regulation corrects brownouts and overvoltages between 86 V and 143 V without drawing on the valve-regulated lead-acid battery, preserving capacity for genuine outages. At full 600 W load the battery lasts approximately two minutes; at half load it extends to seven minutes, giving enough time for an orderly shutdown via the USB link and Vertiv Power Assist software.
