The VinPower SharkBlu-S15T-DC-BK is a standalone tower that copies one source disc to 15 targets at once. It handles Blu-ray, DVD and CD formats including dual-layer media. The built-in 500GB hard drive stores disc images for repeated runs without the master disc present. Suitable for duplication houses, archivists and IT departments that need high-volume optical media production.

Daisy-chain setup and common pitfalls

Connect towers with the supplied serial cable to link up to 60000 units under one master controller. Each tower also operates independently when not chained. Installation is plug-and-play: load the source, select the target count and start. The main issue users encounter is mixing disc formats in a single job; the duplicator copies sector-by-sector, so source and blank media must match exactly in format and layer structure.

12-speed BD-R write rate

The decisive specification is the 12X BD-R write speed, which also applies to BD-R dual-layer discs. BD-RE and BD-RE DL write at 2X. DVD+R and DVD-R reach 16X, while DVD dual-layer media write at 8X. CD-R burns at 40X and CD-RW at 24X. If your workflow demands faster Blu-ray recording or a different target count, this model will not meet that requirement.
