Fits a 3.5-inch bay with standard SATA connections

This 3.5-inch unit mounts in any desktop chassis or server tray that accepts a SATA data cable and a SATA power connector. No special brackets, adapters or controller cards are required beyond a motherboard or HBA with a free SATA port. The low power draw and reduced heat output leave more thermal headroom for other components inside compact enclosures.
