This 280W unit is built as a direct replacement for the HP Z228 M5R36PA workstation. It matches the original PS-4281-1HA and D14-280P1A part numbers and carries model identifiers D13-280P1A, DPS-280AB-5A/5B, PCE015 and PCE016. The supply measures 15cm by 14cm by 8cm.
Proprietary connector set replaces standard cabling
The unit ships with a 6-pin motherboard connector, a 4-pin connector and a small 6-pin special interface instead of common ATX leads. Builders using standard motherboards or needing modular cables cannot use this supply without adapters. No extra mounting brackets or software utilities are included.
