The XP Pen Artist 16 3rd is a 15.4-inch graphics tablet with a 1920 x 1080 screen that shows 16.7 million colours and covers 99% sRGB at Delta E < 1.5. It ships with an X4 Smart Chip Stylus offering 16384 pressure levels and +/- 60º tilt recognition. A foldable stand, glove and cleaning cloth are included.

Upgrade from Screenless Tablets or Older Displays

Moving up from a non-display tablet removes the hand-eye coordination gap, while the AG nano-etched glass with AF coating cuts glare and fingerprints that strain eyes on glossy panels. The jump is worth it when colour-critical work demands Delta E < 1.5 accuracy and 16384 pressure levels for finer line control.

Driver Install and Cable Routine

Install the driver from the supplied card, then connect via the full-featured USB-C to USB-C cable or the 3-in-1 cable for HDMI plus USB-A power. Android 10.0 devices need USB 3.1 DP1.2 support; otherwise the display will not activate. Linux and ChromeOS 88 or later work with standard drivers. Common issues are missing DP alt mode on the host port or using a charge-only cable.
