This 64 GB kit contains four 16 GB DDR4-3200 UDIMM modules rated at PC4-25600 with CL22 latency and 1.20 V operation. Each module is a 288-pin unbuffered ECC DIMM built with 1Rx8 organisation using major-brand Samsung, Micron or Hynix chips. The kit is validated for Supermicro X12STE-F and X12STD-F motherboards.

Builders populating Supermicro X12STE-F or X12STD-F boards with the exact rank, voltage and timing the memory controller expects will get full-capacity recognition at rated speed. Systems that require registered RDIMMs, SODIMM form factors, non-ECC memory or capacities beyond 64 GB cannot use this kit.
