The GIGABYTE B860 EAGLE WIFI6E accepts Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processors in the LGA 1851 socket. Four DDR5 slots support up to 256 GB in dual-channel mode with XMP 3.0 profiles. PCIe 5.0 x16 from the CPU and three M.2 connectors provide high-speed expansion for graphics and storage.

12+1+2+1 VRM with MOSFET and M.2 heatsinks

A 12+1+2+1 phase digital VRM uses 50 A PPAK stages for VCORE, a 40 A DrMOS stage for VCCGT and two PPAK stages for VCCSA. MOSFET heatsinks cover the power delivery area while an M.2 Thermal Guard covers the primary CPU-attached slot. The design targets steady thermals under sustained multi-core loads.

EZ-Latch slots, WIFI EZ-Plug antenna and AI software
