Socket and chipset

This ATX motherboard uses the Intel Z890 chipset and an LGA 1851 socket for Intel Core Ultra Processors (Series 2). It provides four DDR5 UDIMM slots supporting up to 256GB in dual-channel mode. The board also includes a Thunderbolt 4 port on the rear I/O.

Thermals and power

Frozr AI Cooling monitors CPU and GPU temperatures and adjusts fan duty automatically. The 12 Duet Rail Power System with P-PAK delivers stable power for heavy workloads.
