288-pin DDR5 4800 Registered modules

Each module uses the 288-pin DDR5 form factor and runs at 4800 MT/s with CL40 latency at 1.1V. The registered design adds a buffer that reduces electrical load on the server memory controller, allowing higher capacities per channel. It cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs in the same system.

2Rx4 64GB density per DIMM

The dual-rank 2Rx4 organisation provides 64GB on a single stick, letting the supported HP Cray platforms reach 128GB with just two slots.
