This OWC 4GB DDR3 1600 CL11 2Rx8 240-pin 1.5V Non-ECC UDIMM is a direct memory upgrade for HP 100B, 6300 Pro SFF and 6300 Pro Tower desktops. The module follows JEDEC-standard PC3-12800 timing and runs at 1.5 volts without a heat spreader. It is supplied new and carries OWC's limited lifetime warranty.
