Sustained write behaviour on QLC 3D CBA NAND
The drive delivers a maximum sequential write speed of up to 6700 MBps and a 4KB random write rating of up to 1,300,000 IOPS. Under heavy continuous workloads the QLC architecture writes directly to the flash after any SLC cache is filled. The 900TB terabytes written rating and 1,750,000 hours MTBF indicate the endurance ceiling for long-term write-heavy usage scenarios.
