The Solidigm D7-PS1030 is a 12.8TB U.2 15mm drive built on 176-layer TLC 3D NAND with a PCIe 5.0 x4 interface. It is intended for data-centre and server workloads that demand high capacity and sustained throughput in a single slot.

Upgrade from PCIe 4.0 or lower-capacity U.2 drives

Moving from a PCIe 4.0 U.2 device or a smaller-capacity enterprise SSD adds sequential read speeds up to 14500 MBps and write speeds up to 9300 MBps. The jump is worth it when queues regularly saturate 4.0 bandwidth or when consolidation reduces drive count.

12.8TB with 3 DWPD endurance
