CN C4040-SS1 500W CNC Router

The VEVOR CN C4040-SS1 is a 3-axis CNC router designed for wood, acrylic and similar materials. A 500 W spindle runs at 12,000 RPM to handle engraving and light milling tasks. The 400 x 400 x 95 mm work envelope suits desktop projects and small-batch production. USB connectivity links the controller directly to a computer.

Dual linear rails and a ball screw on each axis provide rigid motion for repeatable cuts. Maximum rapid rates reach 20,000 mm/min on X and Y, with Z limited to 2,000 mm/min. Factory presets start lower at 5,000 mm/min and 500 mm/min for safer break-in. The machine accepts standard AC 100–240 V power without external transformers.

6061 aluminium frame with LED spotlight

The frame is machined from 6061 aluminium alloy for stability during cutting. A 360° LED spotlight illuminates the workpiece for alignment and monitoring. Only the router unit itself is supplied in the package; tooling, work-holding and control software must be sourced separately. Buyers needing a larger envelope or higher spindle power will need a different machine.
