Compact AM5 Combo for High-End Gaming

This bundle pairs the ROG STRIX X870-I GAMING WIFI motherboard with the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor. The Mini-ITX board uses the X870 chipset and AM5 socket, supporting Ryzen 7000, 8000 and 9000 series CPUs. It targets builders who want flagship gaming performance in a small-form-factor chassis.

DDR5 Speeds Top Out at Platform Limits

Four 288-pin slots accept up to 96GB of DDR5 memory running at 4400 MT/s standard. With Ryzen 9000 series processors the board can reach 8400+ MT/s when overclocked, 8600+ MT/s with Ryzen 8000 series and 8000+ MT/s with Ryzen 7000 series. One PCIe 5.0 x16 slot and one PCIe 5.0 M.2 2280 slot connect directly to the CPU, while a second M.2 slot runs at PCIe 4.0 speeds from the chipset.

10+2+1 Power Stages and ProCool II Connectors

The VRM uses ten 110A power stages plus two and one auxiliary stages, fed by an 8-pin and 24-pin ProCool II power arrangement. Massive heatsinks with an integrated I/O cover and an L-shaped backplate cool the VRM and M.2 slots. Rear I/O includes WiFi 7 (802.11be) with 320MHz channels for up to 6.5Gbps throughput, 2.5Gbps LAN, USB4 and multiple USB 10Gbps and 5Gbps ports.
