Dual-bay SATA and NVMe enclosure

This iDsonix enclosure holds two M.2 solid-state drives simultaneously. One bay accepts SATA protocol drives and the other accepts NVMe protocol drives. A USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C port delivers up to 10 Gbps bandwidth with UASP acceleration. The aluminium body uses a tool-free slide rail for quick drive swaps. Compatible lengths are 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280.

Suits users needing both protocols on one cable

Buyers who want to access a SATA M.2 drive and an NVMe M.2 drive from a single USB connection will benefit. The enclosure also works with PCs, laptops, smart TVs, routers and a PS4. It does not suit anyone who needs to run two NVMe drives at the same time or two SATA drives at the same time. It also lacks a built-in display or hardware RAID function.

Check host port and drive keying before ordering

Verify that your computer or device provides a USB Type-C or USB-A port capable of 10 Gbps operation to reach the rated speed. Confirm each M.2 module matches the supported lengths and uses the correct B-key or M-key for its protocol. The included cable supports 60 W Power Delivery, so the host must supply enough power for both drives.
