OWC DDR3L ECC RDIMM kit

This OWC kit provides 32GB of DDR3L 1600 memory across four 8GB registered DIMMs. It is built for Supermicro SuperServer 4047R, 4048B, 5017GR, 5017R and 5027R systems that require ECC registered modules. The 1Rx4 organisation and CL11 timing match the original Supermicro part numbers. Desktop or unbuffered platforms cannot use this memory.

Low voltage registered operation

Each module runs at 1.35V, reducing power draw compared to standard DDR3 in always-on server roles. The registered buffer lightens electrical load on the memory controller, helping stability in multi-DIMM configurations.
