Dual NVMe adapter with extra PCIe slot

This RIITOP adapter adds two M.2 NVMe slots and an additional PCIe x16 slot running at x8 signal through a single PCIe 4.0 x16 connection. It targets builders who want to install multiple NVMe drives while retaining an expansion slot for another card. The board requires a motherboard that supports PCIe bifurcation set to x8x4x4 in the BIOS. Without that setting the M.2 slots will not be recognised.

Compact double-sided layout with per-drive LEDs

Both M.2 slots are placed on opposite sides of the PCB, keeping the card short enough for tight chassis. Each slot has its own LED indicator so you can see drive activity at a glance. The extra PCIe x16 connector accepts any standard add-in card at x8 electrical speed. Supported drive lengths are 2230, 2242, 2260, 2280 and 22110. SATA-based M.2 drives are not compatible.

Replaces single-slot NVMe risers when bifurcation

If your platform already offers x8x4x4 bifurcation — typical on X299 or X399 systems — this card upgrades from a basic one-drive riser to dual NVMe plus a spare x8 slot. The jump is worth it only when the CPU and chipset provide enough lanes for all three endpoints. Buyers whose motherboards lack bifurcation or only support x4x4x4x4 will not see the M.2 drives appear.
