Customisable 480x480 IPS LCD

The Corsair XC7 RGB Elite LCD CPU water block fits Intel LGA 1700 and AMD AM4 or AM5 sockets. A 480x480 IPS panel running at 30 FPS with 24-bit colour and 600 cd/m² brightness shows real-time temperatures, animated GIFs or custom images. Thirty-one addressable RGB LEDs add further lighting control through iCUE software. The nickel-plated copper cold plate uses over 120 micro-fins and a Hexa-Flow engine to distribute coolant evenly across the CPU die. Pre-applied XTM70 thermal paste and captive tool-less screws simplify installation.

Replaces a standard CPU block

Builders moving from a basic water block without a display gain live temperature readouts and personalised graphics directly on the cold plate. The integrated coolant temperature sensor and USB-C link feed data to iCUE without extra cables. Upgrading is worthwhile when you want monitoring at a glance and unified RGB synchronization across the loop. The block supports only copper or brass components and Corsair XL or equivalent coolants, so existing loops using aluminium parts or incompatible fluids must be flushed first.

Check socket and loop materials

Verify your motherboard uses Intel LGA 1700, AMD AM4 or AMD AM5; other sockets are not supported. Confirm every component in the custom loop is copper or brass and that the coolant is Corsair XL or an equivalent fluid rated to 60 °C maximum. Ensure the chassis has clearance for the block and G1/4" BSPP fittings, and that a USB 2.0 header or USB-C port is available for iCUE control. The package includes brackets for all three supported sockets, a backplate and mounting hardware.
