eSUN PLA Basic Filament is a 1.75 mm PLA spool engineered for fast printing on compatible FDM machines. It suits makers, educators and small-batch producers who want reliable output at elevated speeds without changing their usual PLA workflow. The material prints cleanly on printers such as Bambu Lab, Creality K1, Voron 2.4 and many others.
Recommended nozzle temperature sits at 215 °C within a 210–230 °C window, while the heated bed runs at 45–60 °C with fan speed at 100 %. The formulation cools quickly, enabling printing speeds from 40 up to 300 mm/s with low stringing, minimal warping and low odour. Consistent diameter tolerance and tight winding prevent nozzle clogs during long, high-speed runs.
Each 1 kg spool (2.2 lbs) arrives vacuum-sealed with desiccant, keeping the filament dry and dust-free until first use. The cardboard spool works directly on most printers; an STL adapter for alternative spool holders is available from the manufacturer. The material adheres well to textured paper, PVP glue stick or PEI surfaces, freeing you from specialised bed treatments.

Same family, different memory, cooler or clock — compare before you commit.
Heat the nozzle to 210-230°C, push filament until it extrudes cleanly; the step people skip is trimming the tip at 45° so it catches the drive gear instead of curling beside it.
A 1KG spool lasts until the printed parts weigh roughly 1KG; reseal any unused length in the original vacuum bag with the desiccant to stop moisture absorption.
At 300mm/s the melt rate becomes the bottleneck — the filament cannot absorb heat fast enough, causing under-extrusion before the printer mechanics reach their limit.
