eSUN PLA Basic Filament is an upgraded PLA formulation designed for high-speed FDM 3D printers. It retains standard PLA ease of use while adding improved fluidity for consistent extrusion at elevated speeds. The 1.75 mm diameter spool weighs 1 kg net and is vacuum-sealed with desiccant. It suits makers who want reliable, low-odour prints without the complexity of advanced materials.
The filament prints cleanly from 40 mm/s up to 300 mm/s at nozzle temperatures of 210–230 °C, with a recommended setting of 215 °C. Bed temperature of 45–60 °C and 100 % fan speed give strong layer adhesion and minimal warping. Tight diameter tolerance and neat winding prevent tangles and nozzle clogging. It runs out of headroom when a project demands high-temperature resistance or mechanical loads beyond standard PLA capabilities.
Compatible with most FDM machines including Bambu Lab, Creality K1 series, Prusa, Voron 2.4 and Ender 3. A heated build platform such as textured paper, PVP glue or PEI is recommended for first-layer adhesion. The vacuum-sealed packaging keeps the filament dry until opened, freeing the user from immediate dry-box storage. It does not suit printers that cannot reach the required nozzle or bed temperatures.

Same family, different memory, cooler or clock — compare before you commit.
The supplier lists the Ender 3 among compatible FDM machines, so the 1.75mm diameter and 210–230°C printing range work with that older printer as well as the high-speed models.
Look for smooth, constant extrusion without nozzle clogging, minimal stringing, and consistent layer adhesion at your chosen speed between 40 and 300mm/s.
The spool uses a paper/cardboard core; the supplier notes an STL adapter file is available on their website if your printer requires a different hub size.
