MINUTEMAN
3000VA tower UPS delivers 2700W with zero transfer time, nine outlets including a locking L5-30R, and three minutes runtime at full load
Model EC3000LCD-NC
Struck-through versions exist but are not stocked here.
The MINUTEMAN EC3000LCD-NC Encompass is a new 3000VA 2700W tower UPS designed for equipment that cannot tolerate any transfer time to battery power. It accepts 120V input through a NEMA L5-30P connection and delivers 120V output with frequency regulation of +/-0.2Hz unless synchronized to line. The unit suits servers, networking gear, and other critical loads that require continuous clean power during outages.
At full 2700W load the internal sealed lead-acid battery provides 3 minutes of runtime, while half load extends that to 10 minutes. Recharge to 90% capacity takes 8 hours from total discharge. The replaceable battery uses part number BM0078. Buyers needing longer autonomy or who cannot accommodate an 8-hour recharge window should consider external battery packs or a higher-capacity UPS instead.
Nine outlets are provided: eight NEMA 5-15/20R receptacles are controllable for load shedding, and one NEMA L5-30R receptacle remains always on. A serial port enables basic monitoring and shutdown signalling. The 254-joule surge rating covers minor transients only; environments with frequent heavy surges will require additional protection upstream.

Other versions of this model
Same family, different memory, cooler or clock — compare before you commit.
It is the maximum real power the unit can deliver continuously; the connected load must not exceed 2700W or the UPS will shut down.
It requires a 30A 120V branch circuit and matching receptacle, so the UPS can only be installed where that supply exists.
The unit measures 26.9" x 12" x 17.6" and weighs 73.0 lbs, so allow clearance for ventilation and a sturdy floor or shelf.
