Converts 18-pin and 10-pin PSU connectors to a standard 24-pin ATX motherboard connection using 18 AWG sleeved cable at 63 cm length
This adapter converts the proprietary 18 pin and 10 pin modular connectors found on compatible Corsair power supplies into a standard 24 pin ATX motherboard connector. It is intended for builders using a Corsair RMX, RMi, SF or HX series unit with a regular ATX board. The cable is not universal and will not work with power supplies from other brands or unlisted Corsair models.
The cable uses 1007 18AWG tin-coated copper conductors rated for the current delivered through a 24 pin ATX connection. At 63 centimetres long it reaches most motherboard sockets without excess slack. The sleeved construction helps reduce clutter and improves airflow inside the case. No active cooling or power regulation is present on the adapter itself.
A single piece of self-adhesive tape is supplied to secure the cable run against the chassis or routing channels. The tape aids cable management but does not affect electrical performance. No additional software, drivers or configuration tools are provided or required for this passive adapter.

Align each connector with its matching modular port on the PSU and press firmly until it clicks; the common mistake is forcing a connector into the wrong port, which can damage pins.
Inspect the 18 AWG sleeved cable and connectors periodically for fraying, discoloration, or loose pins; replace the cable if any damage appears.
The 18 AWG conductors set the current-carrying limit; sustained loads near the PSU's maximum 24-pin rating will hit wire-temperature limits before the connectors do.
