It is built for system builders, repair technicians and hobbyists who need a quick pass-fail check before installing or returning a PSU. The black ABS housing contains LED indicators for each monitored rail. No software or external power is required.
Before ordering, confirm that the power supply under test uses a standard 20-pin or 24-pin ATX main connector and provides the usual 4-pin, 6-pin or 8-pin CPU auxiliary connectors. The tester also accepts a traditional 4-pin HDD-style peripheral connector for +5 V and +12 V verification. Ensure the PSU can be powered on independently, either via a case switch or a paper-clip jumper on the green and black wires of the main connector.
