12 x 96 GB registered modules

The modules install directly into the server's 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM slots and require a motherboard that supports registered ECC DDR5 at 4800 MT/s. Because they are registered, they reduce electrical load on the memory controller, allowing the full 12-module population without signal degradation. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow across the bare PCBs must be provided by the server chassis. The kit frees the buyer from sourcing and matching individual sticks for a complete upgrade.
