This 1.1 TB kit contains twelve 96 GB DDR5 4800 registered DIMMs with ECC and CL40 latency. It is built for Thinkmate GPX-XH20-28S4-8HGX GPU-optimised servers that require registered memory. The modules operate at 1.10 V and use a 288-pin DDR5 form factor.

Capacity and headroom for dense workloads

Twelve ranks of 2Rx8 organisation give 1.1 TB of addressable memory, supporting large dataset processing, virtualisation clusters and GPU-accelerated compute. The registered buffer and ECC maintain signal integrity at full population, while the 4800 MT/s rate provides bandwidth headroom for memory-bound tasks. Workloads exceeding 1.1 TB or requiring higher frequencies will need a platform with greater DIMM slots or faster memory support.

The package delivers the full 12-module kit matched to the Thinkmate server qualification list. Each module is stress-tested under load before shipment to verify stability in the target platform. No additional accessories, software licences or heat spreaders are included; the modules install directly into the server's 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM slots.
