192GB DDR5 4800 ECC RDIMM kit

This 192GB kit contains twelve 16GB DDR5 4800 ECC registered DIMMs built for Thinkmate RAX-XS4-21S4 rackmount servers. Each module runs at 1.1V with CL40 latency and a 1Rx8 organisation using major OEM DRAM. The registered design adds a buffer that reduces electrical load on the server memory controller.

Sustained load behaviour

ECC circuitry detects and corrects single-bit errors during continuous operation, preventing silent data corruption in long-running workloads. Registered buffering stabilises signal integrity across all twelve slots when the memory controller drives heavy traffic. The 1.1V operating voltage limits heat output per module during extended duty cycles.

DDR5 4800 interface limits

The PC5-38400 rating sets a maximum data rate of 4800 MT/s per pin across the 288-pin interface. Bandwidth and latency are bounded by this speed grade and the CL40 timing. Population of all twelve DIMM slots may require the memory controller to operate at the rated speed without downclocking.
