This NEMIX RAM kit provides 256 GB of DDR4 3200 registered ECC memory in two 128 GB modules. It is built for THINKMATE GPX-QN6-42E2-8NVLINK GPU-optimised servers and workstations that require registered DIMMs with error correction. The modules run at 1.2 V with a CAS latency of CL22 and use a 4Rx4 organisation. No heat spreaders are fitted.

256 GB capacity in two 128 GB RDIMMs

The single specification that determines fit is the total 256 GB capacity delivered as a matched pair of 128 GB registered DIMMs. Each module is a 288-pin DDR4 RDIMM rated at PC4-25600 with 4Rx4 ranking and on-board ECC. The kit is validated for the named THINKMATE platform, so the capacity and registered ECC design are the decisive compatibility factors.

Thermals noise and power draw

Operating at the standard DDR4 voltage of 1.2 V, the modules draw minimal power and generate low heat without heat spreaders. Registered buffering reduces electrical loading on the memory controller, which helps keep system thermals stable under sustained server workloads. The memory produces no audible noise and relies on chassis airflow for cooling in the target GPU-optimised server.
