Compatible ThinkMate DDR5 Server Memory

This 384GB kit contains six 64GB DDR5 4800 registered ECC RDIMMs validated for ThinkMate STX-NL-QE16 E4 nearline storage servers. It targets administrators who need maximum registered capacity per slot for memory-intensive database or virtualization workloads. The modules operate at 1.1V with CL40 latency and 2Rx4 organization. They install directly into the server's 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM slots.

Registered ECC Modules for Populated Channels

Each 288-pin RDIMM includes on-board register and error-correction circuitry required by the ThinkMate platform, so no unbuffered or non-ECC alternatives can be used. The six-module kit fills multiple channels to enable the server's full memory bandwidth without mixing capacities. Installation follows the system manual's population rules; no extra cables, coolers or BIOS licences are needed. The kit frees administrators from sourcing matched modules individually.

Low-Voltage Operation at 1.1V

DDR5's 1.10V baseline reduces per-module power draw compared with previous generations, helping the server's existing airflow manage thermals across all six sticks. Registered buffering and ECC add minimal latency overhead while maintaining data integrity under sustained load. The modules have no integrated heat spreaders, relying on chassis-directed airflow for cooling. Acoustic profile remains governed by the server's stock fan curves.
