This 384GB kit contains six 64GB DDR4 3200 ECC Registered DIMMs built for the Thinkmate RAX-XS4-11S3-SH server. It targets administrators who need maximum registered memory capacity in a validated configuration. Each module operates at 1.2V with CL22 latency and a 4Rx4 organisation using major OEM DRAM.

Six-module registered server upgrade

The 288-pin RDIMMs install directly into the server’s DDR4 DIMM slots and require a platform that supports registered ECC memory and 4Rx4 modules. Using a matched 6x64GB kit avoids mixed-rank populations that can limit total capacity or reduce memory channel speed. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow follows the server’s standard ducting.

384GB total capacity with DDR4 3200 headroom

The kit delivers 384GB of error-correcting registered memory at the platform’s rated 3200 MT/s transfer rate. It satisfies workloads that demand large in-memory datasets, virtualisation density or database caching within the server’s supported limits. Systems restricted to lower per-slot ranks or lower maximum memory per channel cannot use this configuration.
