DDR3 1333 speed and CL9 timing

The memory runs at 1333 MT/s with a CAS latency of CL9. This is the practical ceiling of the DDR3 1333 standard used by the terminal. Systems requiring faster DDR3 speeds or lower latencies will not gain them from this module. The unbuffered, non-ECC design also limits use to platforms that do not require registered or error-correcting memory.
