NEMIX RAM
Six 96 GB DDR5 6400 ECC registered modules provide 576 GB at 1.1 V with CL52 latency
This kit provides 576 GB of DDR5 server memory across six 96 GB registered DIMMs. It is intended for systems that require ECC RDIMM modules and support the PC5-51200 speed grade. Workstations or consumer boards that accept only unbuffered memory cannot use these modules.
The modules run at 1.1 V with a CAS latency of 52 and a 2Rx4 organisation. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, helping stability when all slots are populated under continuous workloads. ECC corrects single-bit errors in flight, protecting data integrity during long compute runs.
Each stick uses a standard 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM edge connector built with Samsung, Micron or Hynix components. The registered design adds a buffer chip between the DRAM and the motherboard, so the platform must explicitly support RDIMM topology. Mixing with unbuffered or LRDIMM modules is not supported.

Each module operates at 1.1V, the standard DDR5 voltage, so total power scales with the six 96GB sticks installed.
A DDR5 RDIMM slot that supports 2Rx4 organisation, ECC and the 6400MHz data rate.
The memory controller will clock all populated slots to the lowest common speed, so faster modules drop to match the slower ones.
