This kit provides 64GB of DDR4 memory in two 32GB UDIMM modules. It is built for Thinkmate VSX-R5 workstations that need a straightforward capacity increase without ECC or registered buffering. The dual-rank 2Rx8 organisation and 288-pin layout match the platform's standard DIMM slots.

Speed and latency headroom

The modules run at 3200MT/s (PC4-25600) with a CAS latency of 22 at 1.2V. This combination delivers reliable throughput for typical server and workstation workloads such as virtualisation hosting, database caching or multi-user file serving. The fixed CL22 timing means the kit will not exceed the platform's validated memory profile, so it stops where the system qualification ends.

Build integration

Installation uses the workstation's existing UDIMM slots and requires no additional cooling because the modules ship without heat spreaders. The 1.2V operating voltage matches standard DDR4 power delivery, leaving the platform's memory controller headroom for other populated channels. The kit frees the builder from sourcing matched pairs separately and is validated for the listed Thinkmate models only.
