768GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM kit for Thinkmate servers

This 768GB kit contains twelve 64GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMMs built with ECC for data integrity. It targets administrators upgrading Thinkmate RAX-XS4 and RAX-XH2 rackmount servers that require registered memory. The CL22 modules operate at 1.2V and use a 4Rx4 organisation. No heat spreaders are fitted.

12 x 288-pin slots needed for full capacity

Each module fits a standard 288-pin DDR4 RDIMM socket, so the host server must provide twelve free slots to install the complete kit. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing dense population without signal degradation. ECC functionality corrects single-bit errors automatically, freeing the system from silent data corruption during sustained workloads.

1.2V operation limits heat and power draw

Running at 1.20V keeps module power modest even with all twelve DIMMs active, helping server cooling systems maintain stable temperatures. The absence of heat spreaders means airflow across the bare PCBs is sufficient for normal rackmount environments. Registered design and ECC overhead add negligible latency at CL22 while protecting uptime.
