System-specific DDR4 kit for ThinkMate servers

This 768 GB kit contains six 128 GB registered ECC RDIMMs built for ThinkMate TWX-XS8 tower servers. Each module runs at DDR4 3200 with CL22 latency and 1.20 V. The 4Rx4 organisation and 288-pin form factor match the platform's memory slots.

Registered ECC modules without heat spreaders

Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the server memory controller, while ECC corrects single-bit errors to protect data integrity. The bare PCB design fits dense DIMM populations where tall spreaders would block adjacent slots or airflow paths in the 3.1 chassis.

DDR4 3200 bandwidth ceiling and rank density

The PC4-25600 interface caps peak throughput at the rated 3200 MT/s, so workloads that scale beyond this speed cannot be accelerated by faster modules. Six 4Rx4 ranks per channel increase capacity but can limit maximum populated speed on some server boards, a constraint defined by the platform not the memory itself.
