Compatible ThinkMate Workstation Memory

This 768GB kit contains six 128GB DDR4 3200 ECC registered DIMMs validated for ThinkMate GPX-WS-540RTP, GPX-WS-740RTP and GPX-WS-760S1 workstations. The modules operate at 1.20V with CL22 latency and use a 4Rx4 organisation. They are built with major OEM DRAM from Samsung, Micron or Hynix and carry a 288-pin RDIMM form factor.

Sustained Load Behaviour

ECC registered operation detects and corrects single-bit errors during continuous computation, protecting data integrity in long-running workloads. The 4Rx4 density allows the full 768GB capacity to be populated across six slots without exceeding the platform's electrical loading limits. JEDEC-standard 3200 MT/s timing ensures stable throughput when all channels are active for extended periods.

Thermals Noise and Power

Bare modules without heat spreaders rely on the workstation's directed airflow for cooling, keeping acoustic output dependent on the system fans rather than the memory itself. At 1.20V the kit draws minimal power per DIMM, reducing thermal contribution inside a fully populated chassis. Registered buffering limits electrical load on the memory controller, helping maintain signal integrity without additional voltage.
