This 96GB kit contains six 16GB DDR5 4800 registered DIMMs built for the Thinkmate GPX-XH8-22S4-8GPU server. Each module runs at 1.1V with CL40 latency and uses a 1Rx8 organisation. The registered design adds a buffer that helps the memory controller maintain signal integrity across all populated slots.

Thermals and power in normal use

Operating at the standard 1.10V DDR5 voltage, the modules draw minimal power per stick and run without heat spreaders. Passive cooling relies on the server's directed airflow across the 288-pin PCB. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory bus, contributing to stable operation under sustained multi-GPU workloads.
