128 GB quad-channel kit of DDR3 1333 ECC registered DIMMs for 2013 Mac Pro models
Capacity 128GB (4 x 32GB)
Struck-through versions exist but are not stocked here.
This 128 GB kit contains four 32 GB DDR3 1333 modules built to the PC3 10600 standard. Each stick is ECC registered with a CAS latency of CL9 and runs at 1.5 V. The memory is designed specifically for the 2013 Mac Pro lineup and is not compatible with standard desktop PCs.
The modules use a 240-pin DIMM form factor and require a system that accepts registered ECC memory. They cannot be mixed with unbuffered ECC modules; all installed memory must be of the same registered type. The kit fills four slots, leaving any remaining slots free for additional registered modules if the workstation supports them.
Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller during continuous workloads, helping maintain signal integrity over long rendering or compute sessions. ECC protection corrects single-bit errors in real time, preventing data corruption during extended use. The CL9 latency and 1333 MHz speed deliver consistent throughput for the supported Mac Pro models.

Other versions of this model
Same family, different memory, cooler or clock — compare before you commit.
The kit runs at DDR3 1333 with CL9 latency; that speed and timing set the maximum sustained bandwidth the memory can deliver.
Registered ECC DIMMs draw slightly more power at 1.5 V, but they have no active cooling so noise stays at system-fan level and heat is comparable to other DDR3 DIMMs.
The Mac Pro 6,1 requires all installed DIMMs to be the same type; if any unbuffered ECC modules are present they must be removed before adding this registered ECC kit.
