This 128 GB kit contains four 32 GB DDR3 1333 modules built to the PC3 10600 standard. Each stick is ECC registered with a CAS latency of CL9 and runs at 1.5 V. The memory is designed specifically for the 2013 Mac Pro lineup and is not compatible with standard desktop PCs.

Registered ECC requirement and slot layout

The modules use a 240-pin DIMM form factor and require a system that accepts registered ECC memory.
