This 64 GB DDR4-2666 module uses a 288-pin Load Reduced DIMM form factor with ECC and a 4Rx4 rank configuration. It operates at 1.20 V with a CAS latency of 19. The design targets HP Synergy 480 G10 platforms and other servers that accept LRDIMMs to maximise installed memory capacity per channel.
Standard registered DIMMs restrict the number of modules per channel; this LRDIMM removes that ranking limitation so more DIMMs can be populated.
