16 GB DDR4 2666 MHz CL19 SODIMM module for 27-inch iMac 2019/2020 and 2018 Mac mini
Capacity 16GB
This 16GB DDR4 2666MHz CL19 SODIMM module is built for specific Apple systems. It fits the 27-inch iMac models from Mid 2020 and Early 2019 plus the Late 2018 Mac mini. The 260-pin unbuffered non-ECC design runs at 1.2V and uses dual-rank 2Rx8 chips.
Buyers with a compatible 27-inch iMac (20,1/20,2 or 19,1) or Mac mini (8,1) can add this module to increase memory capacity. It is not for laptops or PCs that require a different DDR generation, speed, voltage or form factor. Systems outside the listed Apple model IDs will not be supported.
Installation means opening the memory door, inserting the module into the empty slot and closing the door. On the Mid 2020 iMac the system needs about 30 seconds to recognise the new memory before the startup chime sounds. No tools beyond a screwdriver for the access panel are required.

Other versions of this model
Same family, different memory, cooler or clock — compare before you commit.
This module is validated for the 27-inch iMac with Retina 5K from Mid 2020 (model IDs iMac 20,1 and 20,2), the 27-inch iMac with Retina 5K from Early 2019 (model ID iMac 19,1) and the Late 2018 Mac mini (model ID Mac mini 8,1).
It runs at the same 2666MHz speed, 1.2V voltage and CL19 latency as the original Apple DDR4 SO-DIMMs, so the system operates in dual-channel mode without down-clocking or timing mismatches.
Wait about 30 seconds after power-on, then choose About This Mac from the Apple menu; the Memory tab should show each slot populated with a 16GB DDR4 2666MHz module.
