TP-Link
Dual-band Wi-Fi 5 router with MU-MIMO, four external beamforming antennas, and five Gigabit Ethernet ports for wired connections
Struck-through versions exist but are not stocked here.
The Archer A6 delivers combined wireless speeds up to 1200 Mbps using 802.11ac technology. Four fixed high-performance antennas with beamforming direct signals toward connected devices. MU-MIMO allows simultaneous data streams to multiple clients, reducing congestion. WPA3 encryption strengthens network security against brute-force attacks.
Passive cooling with no moving parts keeps the unit completely silent during continuous use. The external 12 V / 1 A power adapter draws minimal mains power. Transmitted power stays within CE limits of 20 dBm on 2.4 GHz and 23 dBm on 5 GHz. Receiver sensitivity reaches -93 dBm at 6 Mbps on 5 GHz for reliable long-range links.
Wired devices such as PCs, consoles or NAS units connect at full 1000 Mbps without a separate switch. One WAN port accepts a cable or DSL modem for internet access. Access Point mode converts an existing wired network into wireless coverage. Setup requires a JavaScript-enabled browser or the Tether app on a mobile device.

Same family, different memory, cooler or clock — compare before you commit.
Connect the WAN port to your modem, power on the router, open the Tether app on a phone connected to the default Wi-Fi name, and complete the quick setup wizard; the step often missed is updating the firmware immediately after the wizard finishes.
Check for firmware updates every few months through the Tether app or web interface to patch security issues and improve stability; the four fixed antennas and internal components require no physical maintenance.
The 1 Gbps WAN and LAN ports cap total wired throughput at 1000 Mbps, so aggregated traffic from multiple devices cannot exceed that bandwidth even though the 5 GHz radio supports 867 Mbps.
