8-bay NAS case for MATX builds

This Gintol enclosure holds eight hot-swappable 3.5-inch drives and two 2.5-inch drives behind a SATA backplane. It accepts MATX or ITX motherboards up to 245 by 245 millimetres. The shell measures 300 by 270 by 270 millimetres and is built from SGCC steel. No fans or power supply are included.

PSU length and cooler height limits

An ATX power supply must not exceed 170 millimetres in length; SFX and FLEX units fit with an adapter plate. CPU coolers are restricted to 55 millimetres or less in height. Four full-height PCIe cards up to 220 millimetres long can be installed.

Fan mounts and backplane cabling

Two 12025 fan positions sit in the drive bay area and two more at the mainboard zone. The dual backplanes each use two large 4D connectors plus four SATA connectors. Verify your motherboard headers and power cables reach these locations before ordering.
