The dual-channel 64GB kit operates at DDR5 6400 with CL32 latency and 30-39-39 timings at 1.40V. That bandwidth handles heavy multitasking and large datasets comfortably; the limit appears when workloads exceed 64GB or require tighter latencies than CL32.

XMP 3.0 and EXPO 1.1 profile support

Each module carries Intel XMP 3.0 and AMD EXPO 1.1 profiles so the rated 6400 speed applies automatically on compatible 600- and 700-series chipsets. If your motherboard lacks those profile implementations the kit will fall back to standard JEDEC speeds.
