This 64GB dual-channel kit contains two 32GB DDR5 modules rated at 6400 MT/s with CL32 latency. It carries both Intel XMP 3.0 and AMD EXPO 1.1 profiles so the rated speed and timings load automatically on compatible 600- or 700-series chipsets from either vendor. White heat spreaders cover the 288-pin boards and no LEDs are present. The kit is built for high-performance desktop workloads and gaming on Ryzen or Intel Core platforms.

Running at the specified 1.40V the modules maintain DDR5-6400 with 30-39-39 timings across extended sessions. The dual-rank 2Rx8 organisation on each stick helps keep throughput steady when all four ranks are active, while the spreaders move heat away from the sixteen FBGA components per module. Voltage and timing remain stable without manual tuning once the appropriate EXPO or XMP profile is enabled in firmware.

If your motherboard and CPU memory controller support that combination through XMP 3.0 or EXPO 1.1, the kit will operate at its rated specification; if the platform caps memory speed lower, the modules will downclock to the highest supported JEDEC speed instead.
