The Solidigm D3-S4620 is a 960 GB solid-state drive in a 2.5 inch form factor with a SATA III interface. It uses 144-layer TLC 3D NAND and is built for data-centre and server workloads. The drive is supplied new and was formerly manufactured by Intel Corporation.
